Product Description

The LM-5*0.5-50K-XY is a high-precision multifunctional sensor module integrating the LM-5 load cell, 50kN force sensor, and 5*0.5 torque transducer for multi-axis force and torque measurement. It features 3 analog input channels to directly connect up to 3 compatible sensors and 2 digital output ports for real-time data transmission. Supporting RS-485 and CAN bus interfaces, the module operates at 12-24VDC with an extended temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, suitable for industrial automation, robotics, and material testing. Its rugged IP65-rated housing ensures durability in harsh environments. The built-in 2000mAh backup battery preserves calibration data during power interruptions. A compact 2.5-inch LCD displays real-time measurements, while the 50kN force sensor achieves ±0.1% accuracy. Notably, the 5*0.5 torque transducer enables bidirectional torque detection up to 5Nm with 0.5% linearity. Despite requiring periodic recalibration, the system excels in mechanical assembly monitoring and structural load testing, offering 10mm~100mm non-contact detection capability via optional laser ranging.
